I saw this color combo in a magazine and decided to try it. I've worn this green skirt many times and decided to feature it for my link up with Audrey. Pencil skirts are sort of tricky for my body shape. I usually go with ones with thicker materials to add a little bulk and shape to my smaller lower body.

Here are other ways I've worn the green pencil skirt. I also wore it with a black peplum top once but didn't feature it because the picture didn't come out nice....a lot of my pictures don't come out nice :(

I think you style this pencil skirt beautifully! I really like the blue with the teal in the first pic. Thanks for sharing your great look with Visible Monday.
ReplyDeleteLove the skirt -- each way you styled it looks lovely, but my fave is the last one with the belted pinky-coral top. You look very pretty :)
ReplyDeleteI love that color on you! I really like the look with the leopard belt.

I love this skirt! I have a similar green pencil skirt - I love the way you styled yours. I have a pink polka dot sweater like the one you wore in the middle shot and I never thought to pair it with this skirt - what a great idea!

I have seriously been looking for a green pencil skirt for a long time! I am a little jealous, but I love your looks! My favorite is with the pink polka dots!
ReplyDeleteThanks. Here's a green pencil skirt option. Bigger sizes left though. I have the same one in white and it's nice

that pencil skirt is so pretty
ReplyDeleteThank you Marla. I hope you are well
DeleteLove your experiments! That's how to make a wardrobe work for you. I'm especially interested in that little tan belt. I recently stole one of my huz's manly belts in tan and have been playing with that a bit, especially with particularly feminine styles and silhouettes.
ReplyDeleteThis is a great summer to mess around with color combinations and layers. And you look pretty in all ... don't even know which I like best!
Carry on!
Thanks Jan
DeleteThis skirt is great and I love how versatile it is!

My favorite is the most recent outfit :D the green + blue top. Those shoes go great with it!
ReplyDeleteI'm going to copy your look but reverse it: green on top, blue on the bottom.
perfect outfit
