I am a big fan of Avon! I keep my rep busy monthly :) The ethnic dress is gorgeous! I would also belt it and add boots and tights. I would also wear the dress as a skirt or as a shirt with a skirt over top.

I would probably put the dress with a pointy toe green (similar to the shade in the dress) flat.
