Cropped Cardigan and Purple Flowers


This is how I wore purple and black for church today. I really wanted to wear this skirt since I had only worn it once since I got it many years ago. This cropped cardigan was my best bet. I thought cropped cardigans only belonged with sleeveless dresses, but I've now found a new use for them. If you want your wardrobe to be more versatile, a cropped cardigan goes a long way. Get them in a few colors and you'll be surprised how useful they are. I have a few in other colors. White here, black here and coral here.
The fullness of the skirt hides the fact that my hips are small and balances my heavy top. The waist band is bigger than normal and cinches my big mid section.

    So pretty, and as always, in great taste. I question if older women should automatically choose a cardigan of any shape .... I think they can look matronly. But on a young'un like you can wear them and maintain your cool.
