Layered with Gingham and Red

It's another casual look on the blog today. The flu or whatever has gotten me down all week. I've been trying to rest as much as I can but still working and blogging my way through.
Layering a button down has always been a challenge for me. The effort it takes to pull the sleeves through the sweater is always a daunting task but the look pays off in the end. One simple way to layer a button down is to wear an oversized sweater. This sweater from Gap is a real baggy sweater which I ordered in a size small. I love it because it is loose enough and I don't need to worry about a muffin top. I might wear it on Thanksgiving day. Another way I would wear it is with skinny jeans and ankle boots. I layered the same shirt with a cardigan here.
